OFF to to the gym!
For a workout im gonna use the little staircase off to the side and every time i reach the top im going to do either bicycle, spiders, or tri push-ups:) today is my rest day for my legs so no lunges around the track foo me today, im gonna focus on my arms and abs mostly. Today I did okay on my exam. The essay topic was on ambition, which i had alot of insight on.
