OFF to to the gym!
For a workout im gonna use the little staircase off to the side and every time i reach the top im going to do either bicycle, spiders, or tri push-ups:) today is my rest day for my legs so no lunges around the track foo me today, im gonna focus on my arms and abs mostly.

Tzatziki lovers!!
Okay so i lovelovelove Tzatziki sauce for those of you who don’t know what it is its a Greek yogurt dip with garlic/cucumber flavours traditionally eaten with pita or nana bread.
Tzatziki is actually pretty healthy for you.. for 2 tbs 1g protein, 30 calories, 2g of fat

Today I did okay on my exam. The essay topic was on ambition, which i had alot of insight on. I just wish i had more than 3 hrs, cuz its a topic im passionate about, Ijust dint have enough time to say as much as i wanted.
Mama and i went to hot yoga at maoksha instead of a zumba class because there wasnt a 1:00 class for zumba which im okay with cuz now ill have more energy at training tonight:)...

Tomorrow is my first of 3 diploma exams im gonna be writing in the next month. im supperr nervous because its the written part A for english. When im under pressure i get major writers block and the exam is 3hrs long and i have to write a critical essay on any piece of literature/novel/play in the curriculum that relates to the essay topic„, and a 2 page personal response in 3 fuckin hrs!!!...
