Tzatziki lovers!!
Okay so i lovelovelove Tzatziki sauce for those of you who don’t know what it is its a Greek yogurt dip with garlic/cucumber flavours traditionally eaten with pita or nana bread.
Tzatziki is actually pretty healthy for you.. for 2 tbs 1g protein, 30 calories, 2g of fat
i just dont like how many carbs i intake when i eat it cuz of all the pita bread
MY SOLUTION with all the garlic and stuff in it it tastes alot like ceaser salad dressing„ but its wayy healthier(way less fat/calories). so my new way to eat Tzatziki is in a ceaser salad!! then i get no carbs from the pita„ and lottsa veggies
I just had it for lunch and i used 2 tbs of Tzatziki, fresh parmesan cheese, organic spinach, green onions, and a chicken breats YUMYUMYUMMMM:)
