Good morning everyone ( ppl who are lazy bums and sleep till 12 like me) this is one of my typical breakfasts i got a mango banana smoothi with almond milk, soy protein powder, honey, flax seed oil, and grounded up flax seeds. I got bluberries!! My fav. And i have steel cut oats oatmeal and cinnamon sprinkled on top, my mom boils it a prepares it into these little containers once a week then we just take one out of the freezer at night and its ready for the morning. Its a big serving of carbs so we usually split it, like this morning mom left half for me:) mom usually adds almond milk and fruit, but for some reason i like my oatmeal thick and goopy
