If you want to maintain your weight 1,716 per day

If you want to lose weight (which I highly don’t recommend because you are at the perfect weight for your hight) eat 1, 373 per day.

but you are absolutely perfect and you should not be worrying about counting calories because you are already at the ideal weight, please do not go below 110:) if you are looking to improve you physique it is exercising and toning you need to do to get rid of any extra pudge around your stomach/legs. because if you plan on going below 110 you will only look sickly and way to thin. It may look cool on tumbler, but in real life it does not look appealing to anyone especially boys:) i hope you stay healthy bb xoxo <3
